Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply
return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit.
Return Policy
We make every effort to describe our merchandise honestly and accurately. If
the item you ordered does not meet your expectations you may return it within
30 days of receipt, freight prepaid and in original condition, for a refund
of the merchandise price. The shipping and handling charge is non-refundable.
Be sure to include a copy of your order or packing list along with an explanation
of why the merchandise is being returned. PJ Tool & Supply reserves the right
to charge a 15% restocking fee for any return.
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be sent back to PJ Tool & Supply freight prepaid and are subject to a $2.50 handling charge as well as the price difference.
Shipping
Most orders in stock will ship within 2 business days.
Shipping and Handling for any order in the 48 Contiguous States is $8.50.
International Orders: We do not accept credit cards for payment of orders shipped to international addresses. We will accept checks or money orders payable in U.S. dollars with a U.S. bank listed on the face of the check or money order. Since shipping charges can vary widely depending on the country of destination, these orders must be placed off line. We will then notify you of the amount of the shipping charge and where to send your payment.
Bulk orders: Large quantities will be shipped freight collect
by truck or special shipping and handling charges will be added for other arrangements.
The costs of any special shipping requests such as Air, multiple shipping addresses,
customer designated carrier will be borne by the customer. shipping and handling
charges are not refundable on returns.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a shipment containing damaged merchandise, please retain the
package, including the packing material, and notify us of the damage immediately.
We must file a claim from New York and will advise you whether to return the
damaged goods. Be sure to include your Order Number. You can find it on shipping
papers or on the shipping label.
Sales Tax
All orders with a New York shipping address must include 8.625% sales tax on
the merchandise portion of your order unless you provide us with an exemption
permit or New York resale tax number.
